    Absolute disgrace. I showed up at Taco Bell around 10 PM even though the official hours say they’re open until 1 AM. The place was already completely shut down, doors locked, and staff refused to even speak properly. They wouldn’t take my order through the drive-thru window just because I’m in a truck and can’t physically go through their lane. ⠀ There were no other cars behind me the entire time, no pressure, no reason not to help — they just didn’t care. The staff was cold, dismissive, and rude. No attempt to offer any solution. ⠀ If you’re not going to honor your posted hours, don’t lie to people and say you’re open until 1 AM. ⠀ Taco Bell, this is a complete disrespect to customers. I’m never coming back.

    I am very disappointed at TB, why even have an order ahead app if you can only accept ONE ORDER PER CAR! We were in a hurry so we ordered ahead and then ended up having to drive through TWICE because they couldn't take both orders we had in the car, that was ALREADY placed in the app ahead of time! How does that even make sense. The food was as always, mediocre as most fast food is. The order was wrong as usual. The only thing wrong this time was they gave us an extra item. Unfortunately it was probably someone else that got left out of their bag. Which was free for us, but someone paid for it. Which leads back to you can't take but ONE order per car at a time, but you still can't get the orders correct 😔 SMH... The server at the window didn't seem happy to be there at all. I mean I understand not wanting to work, but they could at least smile or say thank you. I guess we will just have to stop using fast food restaurants all together, which is better for us anyway.
