  Not sure what happened to this place but I waited over 20 minutes for my mobile order after I was told they couldn’t take my order through drive thru. Once I got it I was missing 3 chalupas and cheesy fiesta potatoes. Went back to get it, they said fryer was down. Come back home only to find my 5 layer burrito just had meat and sour cream. Wish I had seen the other reviews before coming here

  I have been coming to this location more lately. The staff is always amazing. Tonight they were short staff and low on product but the team handled the customer with great care despite customers being not so friendly. An item that I ordered via mobile app was not in stock and Rahiem came out and was so kind and offered a refund or replacement while being super apologetic for something I know was not his fault. He may have been having a rough night but you could not tell! The leadership team should be proud of their staff and how well they handle customers under extreme pressure!

  What is going on with this location? Everytime I go there the dining room is locked. They are not doing drive through today. Employee says they are only doing Doordash and online. Then the online system will not let you put an order in? This is restaurant location was usually a weekly staple for my family. We are to the point over not going to this location again.

  Been to this taco bell multiple times. Every time I do there's something incorrect. In particular, the cups. Every time I come here and order online or through the kiosk I have to beg for the cups I paid for, and half the time, they will not look at my order and just give me the smallest size. I'm willing to bet I could just make up my order and they would give it to me anyway. Watched multiple customers come and go waiting for my order, and they would try to ask for assistance from employees only to be ignored for something as simple as napkins, since they did not refill the napkin dispensers. They also never bother to replace the soda bibs, so you have to settle for a different drink almost every time. If you ordered something that's not soda, you can kiss that money goodbye. It's clear to me that this store is barely functioning and half of the people in there just want you out of their face as quick as possible.
