  How did u give a pick up order to someone in the drive thru, then complain behind my back about it. Not mention complain about remaking the order? Also why is your roof leaking? Not even a few years old and the roof is leaking! Do u even care about the job. Its fast food but come on? Anybody would be pissed on this type of experience. Go to the other location, better chance that they give a damn!!!!!

  I ordered a 12-hard taco party pack for my family tonight. The meal was instantly ruined when I pulled a long hair out of my mouth while eating my second taco. This is a severe failure of basic hygiene. We immediately stopped eating the entire pack—we were left with seven uneaten tacos. When I called the store, the manager's response was unbelievable. I explained the disgusting situation, and she said she could only refund the seven tacos we didn't eat. Are you kidding me? A health hazard like this taints the entire order! The fact that I had to start eating the food to discover the hair should not be my fault. Her refusal to issue a full refund shows a complete lack of concern for customer safety and basic common sense

  Gave me the wrong burritos. Also they asked what sauce I wanted and still didnt give me any. Extra frustrating that they went out of their way to ask just to not do anything about it.
