This was my third attempt going to this Taco Bell because it's conveniently located near my house. The first 2 times I just gave up because the wait was so long but this time I got stuck in the drive thru because someone came up behind me, took about 25 minutes for 4 cars, noone got more than 1 bag. Food was fine just always a crazy wait.
LISTEN TO THE REVIEWS! There's other fast food options near, don't pick this!!!!!!! The line/waiting was the most ridiculous part. At 10pm it was 30 minutes in the drive-thru line that originally had 12 cars (a few bailed because of the wait). I sympathize with the workers, but shame on management because they clearly need more....

When in to pick up a delivery last night. The order came in on my phone at 5:35 . Got there by 5:50 pm. It was 4 items. 3 off yhem were the same. Took them over 25 minutes to finally handed me the order. Had one guy who came right after me to place an order to eat in& he was waiting for more than 25 minutes or more. They had enough peoples working there but felt like thy were taking care of the drive thru more than delivery & peoples in line. The tables were all dirty. I was gonna ask for a cloth to wipe down the tables while waiting. This is nt the 1st time but kept my mouth shut but last night it was ridiculous. Hopefully they can speed it up.
Got here at 9:30. They were out of multiple items. They closed the lobby and did not complete my order. They did not include a few tacos I had ordered. Because the lobby was closed, I had to sit in a line of over 5 vehicles while the remainder of my food grew as cold as my resentment. Over 30 minutes I had to wait for them to make one singular taco. I've had a terrible day and I'm exhausted. The last thing I need is to be inconvenienced by incompetence.
I spoke too soon. It has now been over an hour and I have not received the food they initially forgot.
Oh. Now I am being told they just plain dont have any food. I want the entire staff replaced with people that have an active drive to do their jobs. Seriously. Fire every single person on the night crew who worked at 9:30pm on Saturday October 4th 2025.
Would give a 0 if I could honestly. Me and my dad tried to order after work, placed our mobile orders on the way and received a ready on our orders in the app. Upon arriving a few minutes later, a few employees were standing in front of the building and the front lobby lights were off, around 9:30 pm. After waiting about 5 minutes to be helped in the drive thru, we were informed they were out of their taco beef? Weird after our mobile orders being marked as complete. We were told to pull forward, and once arriving at the window we were told that my fathers order was complete but mine wasn't, and that they could offer chicken or steak instead of beef. After asking for our orders to be cancelled and refunded my dad was handed his order which they had filled with steak anyways without confirming. After he insisted that he wanted our orders cancelled again and refunded, we were both handed the wrong amount of change and the window was shut. After he showed the cashier and requested proper change with proof of his total the window was shut and about 3 minutes later he was given a few bills and coins that were dropped before we finally pulled away. During this three minutes we saw employees on their phones just standing around or pacing instead of just handing us proper change. Honestly don't waste your time here and drive a few extra miles to any other Taco Bell in the area until this one is managed properly.
