Always items missing from the order. Has happened multiple times

Joey on the night shift here has THE BEST customer service I have ever experienced in the fast food industry! He is very kind and takes pride in his work. I frequent this location often and he remembers me and asks how I like the new items and double checks to make sure everything is right! He goes above and beyond and it's actually a breath of fresh air! To management: He is definitely an asset !! Thank you Joey!

Don't even bother going to this place there's hardly any food in their items. Very expensive also takes a long time to get your food. Very disappointed.

The lady at the window was super pleasant. I had ordered a grilled cheese burrito and asked for beef instead of steak. Order was correct on the screen. I drove off and started to eat my burrito....there was no meat at all. I ended up not eating it, but the drink and taco were correct!

Ordered Mexican pizza no meat. Repeated back to me "no beef?" I say correct. 2 empanadas. Get to window and sorry only 1 empanada unless you want to wait 10 minutes? Ermmm...no thanks on 10 minutes.
Get home....start eating Mexican pizza and full-on meat......so of course I get sick and have to spit out the food immediately.
I ordered 3 things...only got 2 because I didn't want to wait 10 min..and 1 was INEDIBLE. Don't promote vegetarian options if you choose not to pay attention to what is ordered! This could make someone very very sick. Do NOT trust if you order vegetarian.
