  i ordered a grilled cheese burrito and was yelled at by 3 different workers for not knowing what i want? confusing because i didn’t know there was 5 different grilled cheese burrito since that’s not on the app. the window was slammed and my food was thrown at me and the lady wouldn’t even make eye contact with me. the lid to my drink wasn’t on either. they need new people hired

  Waited in drive thru line for over half an hour to be told they are only making delivery or mobile orders. Manager wasnt helpful at all and pretty much said oh well. I wasted 30 min to sit in a line that I can't even leave because the way drive thru is set up. We as customers shouldn't be punished because you can't staff your store. Completely unacceptable and I will not be back. I'm also assuming you lost all the customers that waited in line with me being told the same thing.
