Some of us actually enjoy hot sauce, and when we specify on our order that we want 8 Fire and 2 Diabo, then that’s what we both paid for and expect. What we got was 3 Mild sauces. You guys are making more money than ever. Don’t let your customer service go down the drain just because your company is required to pay you more. Doing ao will put your company out of business.

Taco Bell is one of my favorite fast food chains. I like how they serve all sorts of burritos. I would say that it’s slightly better than other fast food chains just because they serve delicious burritos, but at the same time, they’re low quality. You can’t really expect the food quality to be high since it’s fast food, but it’s one of the best places to get some quick food if you don’t have the time to cook.

Food is decent, but it took too long for me to get my chicken cantina burrito TOGO. Whoever is managing how orders are prioritized should be fired immediately given how poorly service is run.
Paid $0.90 for extra sour cream with my Cantina Chicken Bowl but never received it. Careless service and very disappointing.
This is my go-to Taco Bell. The food is exactly what you’d expect — if you like Taco Bell, it hits the spot; if not, this won’t change your mind.
What makes this location stand out is the service. Sumaria (and another friendly guy whose name I didn’t catch) always go above and beyond. Another reviewer mentioned her too, and I can absolutely vouch for their experience. She’s the reason I pass up the Taco Bell by my work and drive here instead.
Corporate, take note: Sumaria is the kind of employee every company in the service industry wishes they had. As a retail store manager, if my store weren’t an hour drive away, I definitely would’ve tried to recruit her.
Thanks to her genuine, beaming smile, and outstanding service, coming here feels more than just a fast-food stop. I keep coming back every week, despite what it’s doing to my waistline...
