  mayomi was an absolute goat. She took care of my order even when i messed up on it. The staff gave me a service with a smile and were amazing

  I’m not sure why the girl in driveway was already so pissed off when I drove up, but she was incredibly rude over a one item pick up. If I didn’t already pay for it online I would have drove off. I understand if someone else messed up her day before I got there but taking it out on me was unnecessary. I tried to let her know that I did not need to place an order that I had a mobile order and she snarked at me and said well it’s not ready and then proceeded not to say anything else to me after already rudely dismissing me. I drove up without reassurance from the intercom and had to have an awkward encounter at the window. The staff is usually so sweet so hopefully we can get them back on the schedule and put the individual who is rude to customers in a different position where they don’t have to be on the headset interacting with people.
