2/5 times you order here they will get the order right. Seems like they heavily prioritize drive through orders over mobile/in person orders because I put in a mobile order 15 minutes out and got there and had to wait for another 10 minutes while I watched them make up the drive through orders. No personal shade on the staff but the service is ridiculous.

Talking trash on your employees in front of customers is gross, also taking 30 minutes for an order because the white lady manager was too busy moving her mouth is also frustrating. Do yall wanna work here or is it like slave labor? You don’t smile, greet anyone, everyone looks depressed and on top of that the drive thru is the main focus so anybody coming inside may as well go use the bathroom; and eat what comes out before expecting food in a timely manner. Totally on the manager of this shift that was embarrassing. 5:00-5:30

A newer business. Of course franchised, and that’s all the positive. Placed our order via kiosk, paid with cash. Never received our order, because the worker gave it to a drive-thru customer. Luckily, the driver came inside to exchange his order; as it was incorrect, because it had my wife’s name on it … we only received it because she overheard him with the employee. The food was handed off to us like a baton during a relay, no offer to make a fresh meal, as we did not know who had handled it. But we took it anyway. The driver was a very polite person, and we had no reason to doubt him. So we began to eat our dinner at dine-in, well it was cold and poorly prepared. Management at the time was a very rude older woman with gray hair and very limited knowledge on how to manage a fast food restaurant. She is easy to anger and she escalates with customers, rude and not intelligent. She possesses zero ability to lead her team, employees were casually walking around attempting to look busy, when they weren’t walking to the front door to look outside at the clouds and rain. Whoever is the franchisee from Yum (Taco Bell), clearly doesn’t give a damn about their business. And should be ashamed of their management and employees. This place needs a stand down to properly train staff. It’s a fast food chain, there are procedures in place for quick, efficient service…NOT HERE! STAY AWAY when in Sedalia, go to the one on 65 Hwy; that one may not be clean in the dining area, but it’s better service!!! 100% will NEVER return to this business

My husband and I arrived at 6:37 p.m. The lobby was empty except for one other couple that was ordering. We placed our order and had to ask for our cups. We waited for quite a long time to get our food. Several other people came in to order as well. In the meantime several Door Dash people came in and picked up their orders and left. We did not receive our order until 7:02 p.m. It seemed like the priority was making food for drive through customers and online orders. While our food did taste good some of it was made sloppily. For the amount of time we waited we could have went and had a sit-down dinner at a local family-owned Mexican restaurant and spent just a little bit more money. Not once did anyone apologize for our wait time. We had hoped with this being a newer Taco Bell in town that the service would be better than the other Taco Bell. Unfortunately this is not the case.
