A newer business. Of course franchised, and that’s all the positive.
Placed our order via kiosk, paid with cash. Never received our order, because the worker gave it to a drive-thru customer. Luckily, the driver came inside to exchange his order; as it was incorrect, because it had my wife’s name on it … we only received it because she overheard him with the employee.
The food was handed off to us like a baton during a relay, no offer to make a fresh meal, as we did not know who had handled it. But we took it anyway. The driver was a very polite person, and we had no reason to doubt him.
So we began to eat our dinner at dine-in, well it was cold and poorly prepared.
Management at the time was a very rude older woman with gray hair and very limited knowledge on how to manage a fast food restaurant. She is easy to anger and she escalates with customers, rude and not intelligent.
She possesses zero ability to lead her team, employees were casually walking around attempting to look busy, when they weren’t walking to the front door to look outside at the clouds and rain.
Whoever is the franchisee from Yum (Taco Bell), clearly doesn’t give a damn about their business. And should be ashamed of their management and employees.
This place needs a stand down to properly train staff. It’s a fast food chain, there are procedures in place for quick, efficient service…NOT HERE!
STAY AWAY when in Sedalia, go to the one on 65 Hwy; that one may not be clean in the dining area, but it’s better service!!!
100% will NEVER return to this business
