    Said low on staff so could not make an order through drive-thru. Said we had to go inside and use the kiosk.

    I ordered 3 Doritos locos tacos on DoorDash when I was informed by my dasher they didn’t have the nacho taco shells and that they were going to just make them with the cool ranch ones (which I don’t like) and he said if I wanted to change it I’d either have to reorder or contact the store so when I contacted the store I was rudely hung up on when I called and asked about the shells and started to ask what to do instead. Knowing my money and dinner was hung up in this order I had to call back bc DoorDash doesn’t let you cancel once a dasher picks up your order. So I’m trying to get my order fixed or see what I can exchange my food for in replace of the tacos I ordered for the same price.. and she interrupts me while talking and i heard her tell somebody i was “about to piss her off”.. and hands the phone off to the manager who barely solved the problem as she kept interrupting me while I was talking too. We’ll see if the problem was solved or not fr when my food gets here I guess but I have a bad feeling it’s gonna be wrong.

    Order online, the app said it was ready. Got here, just to wait +30 mins for them to make our food. I used to go here frequently with my family but the duration that you have to wait isn't worth the trouble.

    I pull up to the drive through, the woman over the microphone asks to give a second. Perfectly fine. Just to realize she’s outside smoking a cigarette in plain view, forgets to turn her mic off and she’s coughing into the speaker lol. And she’s wearing a bright pink wing. Not hard to miss. That’s just a major turn off. Customer service was rude. And I’m sorry but if you don’t like working in fast food DONT WORK THERE. my food was a mushy mess. And I’m not eating it. Leaving this review in hopes corporate sees this. So anyways, rant over.

    I went through the drive-through which took about 30 minutes to get through. My order was taken and I was given my total. When I got up to the window, I was handed my food, but I noticed that my total was less than they told me at the window so I questioned it and I let them know that I was missing two Chalupa‘s on my receipt.(they handed it to me and didn’t even tell me they didn’t have the chalupas). I was then told that they don’t carry those Chalupa‘s. I then told them I wanted to order something else to replace it, but the woman told me she could not do that and I needed to get back in the long drive-through line and go back through and re-order. I totally understand that there was a long drive-through line, but this was their mistake. They told me the Chalupa‘s were available when they weren’t so to inconvenience me and make me wait in line for 30 minutes while my other food gets cold seemed very unfair to me. I told the woman this (her name was Alicia) And she would not help me. She repeatedly said there’s nothing we can do. As someone who has worked in the food industry, there was a simple solution for this… She very easily could have taken my new food order and asked me to pull around into a parking spot so that she could bring it out to me, but she refused to help me And insisted I needed to go back through the drive-through and wait another 30 minutes. Instead I re ordered, waited again, and by the time I got home the first order I had ordered was cold. Alicia refused to see my perspective or come up with any solution to help me. Terrible customer service and these workers could care less about you.
