Arrived 30min before closing and they told us they weren’t taking anymore orders. Any good business would take orders until closing. It wasn’t even busy so I’m confused why they wouldn’t take our order. I couldn’t even place an order online because it was unavailable.

Absolute nightmare of a place. Just shut down if you can’t serve orders correctly
Not an ideal experience by any means. We’ve been to this location several times. Most times have been very positive, with very kind employees. However, this time not so much. We pulled into the drive thru close to 11 pm. A woman came over the speaker to ask our order. My husband gave his order and there was no response. He asked, “hello” three times as he got no response and we were confused. All of a sudden the employee responded with a very harsh tone, “You don’t have to keep saying hello in my ear. I can hear you.”
I understand Taco Bell tends to be short staff, but that’s no excuse for disrespectful employees. She needs an attitude check, because that’s not how you handle customer service; I would know. Neither my husband nor I chose to escalate the situation. However, she still continued to give sass to us at the window while we waited for our food. I could mention her by name, as it’s on my receipt. However, I won’t stoop to that level. Do better Taco Bell, not visiting again.

This picture speaks for itself. I ordered a vegetarian Mexican pizza through the mobile app. Unfortunately, when I opened up my Mexican pizza, this is what I got. Not only is this VERY poorly made, but they didn’t even use the correct ingredients. This is literally two taco shells split in half instead of the Mexican pizza shells. Absolutely awful. I’ve continuously had issues at this Taco Bell, but this is a new low.
