  I had to wave my hand through the extremely tinted window to get the attention of the guy that wasn't paying attention who forgot to provide a fork for my cheesy fiesta potato. He had to look back at the screen to confirm that I had an item that would need a fork and then told me it would be $.50 I said what was that about? Getting the attention of the people behind him who I'm assuming are above him and then he looked at me and said have an awesome day, sir and held onto the fork longer than he should have. i'm confused. Does Taco Bell charge for forks now or was this guy just having a bad day?

  Waited 30+ minutes past time it stated would be ready. My quesadilla was not cut and had hot sauce added. My Taco Supreme was not supreme. They were out of the tea I ordered.

  Absolutely hate the KIOSK to order my food inside!! It takes 3 times longer, & as I'm sorting through the pages to find what I want, an employee is usually behind the counter watching me. Very frustrating & off-putting as a customer!!

  Please fix the ground beef. Idk what it is about this location but their ground beef tastes like burnt hair….no other taco bell ive been to tastes like that…ive had this location multiple times too, giving them the benefit of doubt. That maybe they burnt it or their grill wasnt properly cleaned. Nope their ground beef always tastes funky. Their other menu items are fine tho
