  I ordered 2 chalupas, and they were completely wrong. I live far so I called not sure if they could even do anything. They gave me a credit for them which I was happy about. These things are like $7. Today I go in for my remake and check 2 of the 3 of them they looked right so I left. I get home and the last one literally have 1 or 2 pieces of chicken. Im so mad. I literally paid for a 3rd chalupa because I didn't want the other stuff there were issues with(my food, my husband got chalupas). So i paid for food on top of the credit and still. So ticked off, especially when it took 17 minutes and other people who came behind me got their stuff first.

  Went to the longs sc location ordered a party pack Cinnabon and a large dr pepper thru the drive thru.My drink was flat got it replaced with a Pepsi and the mix of carbonation to syrup was off but since I had to wait 20 minutes for my box of tacos and " fresh cinnabons I wasn't waiting another 10 to get a fresh drink. But the worst thing of all is I asked for salsa Verde and was told each packet is 20 cents. So I can't even have what I want for my taco. Mind you I haven't been to taco bell in over 2 yrs but I didn't feel like cooking. Every single taco was soggy n stuck to the wrapper and wasn't even hot because I guess they made the tacos and just let them sit while cooking fresh Cinnabon. I will never waste my money to have taco meat lettuce and cheese all over my lap in the car again. All I wanted was some hot crunchy deliciousness. A cold refreshing drink and some sugary sweet goodness. Super fail.

  Was an absolute joke I went through the drive-through and ordered about eight things for my family and of course there was three missing so I had to drive all the way back and get them. It looked like they forgot to put the stuff on top of the Mexican pizzas. The tacos had maybe four strands of cheese on them and a spoonful of ground beef. They need to hire people that care a little bit about their job, maybe pay them more or something. Just terrible.
