  Avoid this location unless you want to wait in the drive thru for 30 min. Every time I go here at night it takes 30 min from when you order to get the food.

  Ordered a mobile pickup which said it would be ready in 10 minutes. I got to the restaurant 15 minutes later and stood around for another 10. I was ignored by several members of the staff including a woman who handed an order off to another customer and saw me waiting. She made no efforts to address me or find out what I was waiting for. Eventually another woman finally asked why I was there and I explained I made a mobile order almost half an hour ago. They refused to hand my order, which was already paid for, over to me there, telling me I had to come around in the drive through. I came inside because I wanted to avoid the drive through, which was backed up with several vehicles. Terrible customer service. Won’t be back.

  0 estrellas. GABRIELLE M una empleada súper mala educada. Ningun tipo de ayuda. Además hizo la orden de mala gana. Y no me dio la orden como la pedí. Le dije no jalapeños y soy alérgica a los jalapeños. De verdad mal servicio! No vuelvo más!

  Ive seen alot of screw ups in my days... but this had to be intentional... you can't be this incompetent. Forgetting tomato, sour cream even cheese... but Forgetting EVERYTHING??? 10/7 3:40PM
