It’s the same Taco Bell you either already love or hate, but the hospitality and service was sublime! Makayla was thoughtful and thoroughly answered all my questions about the new options on the checkout devices. Bless that Makayla’s heart, she makes the experience well worth it!
What’s the point of wearing gloves if you are not replacing them. You don’t give handshakes to your buds, wipe your sweat, pick up your pants and still make tacos with the same gloves. Who knows what else you did with the gloves.

The food quality at this Taco Bell is consistent with other locations. The issue is constantly getting back incorrect orders. Whether ordering from the app or ordering from the drive-thru, if you order more than 2 meals, chances are high that something will be missing or wrong. The workers here seem to get confused with larger or custom requests. I don't know if they don't know how to read or just don't give a crap. I suggest if you order more than 2 meals, to make them in separate orders to at least increase your chances of them getting your order right, but it's always a dice roll.

Was here yesterday and the staff is great they correct mistakes without being rude. Bradley was at the register tonight and he had such a great attitude he didn't seem like he hated us for going there like most other places.

I came to order around 10 pm and the drive thru didn't answer, then I went to the window and the workers were playing music and joking around, finally somebody came to the window and told to go back to the drive thru and make my order that will raise the volume to the ear device and that was Sunday 9/28/25 around 10 pm.
