  Nobody is 100% a perfect human! And the customer is not always right even if they have a ton of $$…learned that from an old boss. I made a mistake today and this store on Waterloo made my mistake 100% perfect! Even before today I have great experiences with the food and peeps at this location!

  The worst service. I wouldn’t even gave them one star. We stood in front of the place where you ordered for over 5 mins.,I spoke up and said excuse me we need help. Not 1 person even responded but kept on talking. I guess they are becoming a fast food restaurant that only serves the people who use a card and orders their own food. Ugh

  The girl who took our order was very nice. Her attitude was the best part. I wish the manager... had the same attitude. We can hear you behind the window.

  Don’t use this place if you have anything over a $20 bill. It just baffles my mind they don’t accept bigger bills.. I understand certain places have certain rules it’s just a huge inconvenience.
