I've been to this location 3 times and each time it gets worse. If you're going to close the lobby and have a backed up drive through, the least your employees could do is actually work and not stand at the lobby entrance, laugh and take photos of the ever growing line. I get that teens are teens and they're just working to pay for their gas, but train them to do the job they signed up for. Waste of money, money and completely useless to use the app to order ahead and try to avoid the wait.
Walked in to order and was waiting for the "food" and watched an employee walk over and lock all the doors to the lobby. This is 9:30 am and looked annoyed when a customer was asking about a to go order. This place needs to employ better people with ACTUAL customer service. WOW

Upon entering the dinning area of the molalla, Oregon Taco Bell I immediately noticed reasonably loud rap or hip hop music. Within the first minute of hearing this I noticed the repeating of world many would find objectionable, special for a place of family dining. I politely explained this to the person giving me my food, (because that was my first interaction with a person due to Taco Bell’s horrible order your own food system). He did not change the style of music or turn it off. I hope the owner of this establishment, or corporate itself does not find this as acceptable.
Showed up to pick up an Uber Eats Order on August 31st. I got here at 8:30 in the morning. Well, after they should have been opened. And absolutely nobody was there someone showed up to start her shift and said, they must not be open today. And another person showed up, and the manager said that they are not opening today. If you are planning on not opening the store, maybe have arrangements taken care of and put notes on the door instead of just leaving customers confused and wondering why the store is not open. I drove all the way from Canby, to pick up this order too. So that's a waste of both time and gas. And I lost money because of it. I don't know why people think it's acceptable to run a business this way.
Disgusting! Ordered the street chalupas and this is what we got, a few peices of meat. We have had nothing but problems at the Molalla taco bell, dont waste your money here. They clearly have a manager that doesn't care, seeing all the same terrible reviews. Also can't file a complaint on their app, how convenient 🙄
