  Tried to call to change a burrito because I picked the wrong one and phone went to voicemail. Manager and employees were rude about telling my DoorDash we they not going to switch out the food. Terrible management and passion for the customer. If your a manager and can’t perform your job professionally don’t work there

  The owner of this location should have walked in unexpectedly that day i was there on my lunch break about a little after noon on Wednesday 9.17.25. I dont know what time they opened but when I was there only 1 other person was eating inside. The lobby was horrible. Every table was dirty. I had to wipe my table off so I could sit and eat with my daughter. The lobby floor was gross. The inside design of this TB is not great I have no idea what the person was thinking when it was designed its stupid doesn't even feel like a restaurant when you walk in. My potatoes were hot and good. I love the 7LB. My daughters L box was good she said except for one of the tacos was soggy.

  I've lived near hear for four years. In four years. Never a wrong item. Never a bad attitude. Just got my one "super late" order of the year. Off the charts. Gonna contact corporate tomorrow. Good work people.

  They literally mess our order up every time. Every time!!! And the attitude of employees is horrible. This spot needs to get their game together because they are off in a Major way

  Zero stars!!!! They are RUDE. Dude at the drive thru window didn't know anything looks like he just got hired and the Asian girl was yelling at me the whole time not even looking my way. NEVER FI HERE ITS JUST KIDS WORKING NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING.
