  I came to this Taco Bell with my two children. The women working this shift taking orders during this time was extremely rude. My kids were screaming, I went on to tell them I just needed a second, and from the beginning she kept asking me if there was anything else - or if I had any questions. I didn’t even have time to think about my food, even me asking for a second I was still rushed. Then there was a man who handed the food out and did payment. This is extremely horrible customer service, it doesn’t make me want to come back at all

  Ordered from here 4 times and they still got my order wrong every time. I work food service myself, so i know mistakes happen, and people mess stuff up, but i also know that it is NOT that hard to read a screen or a receipt, especially if my order gets messed up 4 times. never had issues at the one on kitsap way so i would just avoid this store

  Every time I decide to eat here Im always left without the food I wanted. Yesterday they screwed up my order three times. Even while explaining to them at the counter what I dont want on my burrito. Poor management and Poor customer service at this establishment.
