The people working up there just don’t care at all, the cooks just throw something together and say it’s done the cashiers in drive thru are sitting there doing tik tok dances and you end up waiting 50 minutes in line. Long story short they need to fire some people and make some changes because the people there right now don’t give a shit and it’s disappointing.

All my food is cold. Nothing is labeled either. I got 5 burritos 2 with no nacho cheese and NONE of it was labeled. For a new restaurant in town do better. Or you’ll end up like Pizza Hut, Burger King, oh Hana, and turn into a nasty golden fingers 🙄 don’t even know how to package the meals correctly.
Also the woman manager there needs better training. She doesn’t listen to customers or try to help. Maybe she should find a different place of work if she doesn’t like the public.

Updated review, one week later. Had to take stars away from the food this time. I ordered 4 double decker taco supremes. I git home, and none of them were supreme. So I got ripped off this time.
I was so happy to have a local Taco Bell. Now I'm just continually disappointed.
I ordered 5 minutes ahead of arrival. I was then asked to pull around out of the drive thru, even though there wete no cars behind me, and wait in the front parking lot. I then waited another 6 minutes. How does that even make sense? No other cars came through. Nobody in the lobby. Why would I have to wait so long? It was just 4 taco supreme, and nachos bell grande. So nothing fancy.

So, I'm assuming this listing is for the new Taco Bell location, considering it was updated a few days ago. The problem is Google Maps currently has two Ozark Taco Bell locations listed - the spot where the old one used to be many years ago, which is now an American Deli, and this one, which is saying it's all the way down by Marvin's home store. The real accurate address is in the Dollar Tree/Zaxby's plaza across from Walmart. Hopefully, someone will fix this. It would also be great if they could verify the hours, because the old location is saying 10PM but the new one is saying 12AM.
In other news, don't listen to anyone who tells you this place is bad. Taco Bell has been PACKED the past few days BECAUSE of its grand opening. You CANNOT expect a 5 minute service time when there's 40 people ahead of you. Be realistic. Like this location had cars wrapped around the OUTSIDE of the lot - and then people have the nerve to complain about a wait. I placed my order on the app before I left my house, full well knowing how busy it's been. My order was ready within a couple minutes of my arrival. Everything was correct. I've been twice now and absolutely no issues despite me having customizations to my order! Portions were adequate and food was hot. Workers are friendly and happy despite the insanity of the lines. My only complaint is for corporate - they need to fix their app. Taco Bell has one of the worst apps. Constant glitches. The app itself is fine in menu and checkout design and whatnot, it's functionalities is where it lacks. I LOVE the rewards on it though. However, it's almost as glitchy as the Sonic app, and that one takes me almost 10 minutes to place an order for a single drink from loading screen issues, random refreshes, it going back to a previous screen for no reason, etc. (Yes, I keep my apps updated, clean out cache, etc. The apps are just not up to par.)
