  It took us and about 10 others 40 minutes to get out food that we ordered! They were taking care of the drive thru and not even acknowledging that they had a full house waiting and wasting entire lunch breaks and beyond just waiting for our food! Nobody was even acknowledged until my husband came inside and started making a seen as we were all just waiting, and kept hearing them apologizing to all the drive thru customers but didn't care that we were all waiting insode for ours! None of us even got an apology or anything!

  This location REGULARLY shorts ingredients and even entire items. Seems to depend on who is working but sometimes it's great, most times it's below average.

  30 minute wait while I am among a few in the dining room. Bought 2 5-layer burritos but only 1/4 was warm while the rest was ice cold. No more Taco Bell for me or my coworker who had the same experience today.

  Several employees were very helpful when we stopped today. Arnold (who was on his break)was especially kind to me while I was walking my dog. My hubby, who is new to the self service menus was assisted by another helpful employee. Thank you to both of them..

  Stopped by this Taco Bell for the first time to get a midnight meal. And I must say I was very impressed right away from the cashier Michael H. He was very nice and made sure everything was in the bag before handing it to me, even said thank you a few time and told me to drive safe and have a good night. I could not wait to get home so I decided to eat one of the soft tacos before driving much more and was very shocked at how the taco looked the same as it does in the menu. Nice and elegant looking. I thought to my safe the Girl with Purple hair (Lexi) got lucky making it looks so good but when I checked the other tacos and food it was all the same. Sorry I did not take photos, I was super hungry. I promise to next time. Michael H. and Lexi (Purple Hair Girl) Keep up the awesome work. Thanks so much for the fast service and good looking, tasting food. The service was above 5 stars
