- SLS LalaOct 26, 20252.0Hey upper management needs to come down here and teach these workers to not only use the gift cards thats on the app/website but also dont allow the worker to pick there nose and then grab a drink for someone's order through the drive through. Thats unyigienic and repulsive I skipped this order because of that. Also please only have one person talking in the drive through speakers not multiple people thats confusing.

It's not normal for 4 different chalupas, that are being advertised as a hot/new item, to be absolutely rock solid. Managers/Owners should be doing their due-diligence in preventing this from happening by passing on the right kind of mindset and training to their team. Drive-thru was a breeze, and our order was taken well by a younger guy, and the lady who took our payment was very kind.
