And was asked if they could help me. I said I was still waiting for my order and then was finally told I had to pay before they would make my order. Is there nothing that alerts them that I ordered and need to pay? I stood at the counter and watched 4 people enter the building, order, recieve their order, and leave before they said anything to me.

The tortillas and taco shells are stale half the time. The soda tastes like seltzer. The food should be fresh and good, and made correctly. If I order it, I should receive it. This taco bell has been the worse one in town since the day it opened.
