    They never make the food right. I usually go to the one on the bottom of the ave (pass pub99) because the other one was terrible but this one is starting to get worse. Drive thru customer service is always rushing, never greet at the window, and half the time the food was made wrong or items are missing. It's disappointing because I really enjoyed the food.

    Horrible taco bell. I usually avoid this taco bell and go to the top of the ave but I mistakenly made an online order at this one. Went 20 mins after I placed the order and it still wasn't done. There was noone in the drive-through or in the store. I had to wait 10 more minutes in the drive thru for it to be finished. No matter what time I go here or if they are busy or not I have to wait in the parking lot for my food. Someday im gonna order just a drink to see if they make me pull over and wait for it. Avoid at all costs if you value your time. 90% of the time I have to go back in cause they have forgotten half of my stuff. Do better.

    Update: Spoke to the manager and he was already aware of what happened and handled it. Made his employees aware that is unacceptable. I am a door Dasher. I am editing this review to bring attention to something. They gave the order to the wrong person. They were remaking it when that person brought it back in ( open and obviously gone through ) and said it wasn't his order. I legit watched them put it down tape it and try to give to me to dilever. I explained the health reasons why that food is now trash and they need to remake it. The response I got was disgusting. They said we will not remake it. Herre it Is take it or don't.. I called the customer and told him to cancel and why. He agreed.

    This location constantly gets the order wrong by not giving the customer what was ordered. The best part is the staff whiteboard that is visible for all to see while you wait an eternity for your food says “Customers are complaining about items missing from their orders.” As though customers are the problem….and what a surprise, my order is missing items. Do better, Taco Bell. Stop playing around with your colleagues and pay attention to your customer’s orders.
