Ordered my food through whatever robot they're using. Kept interrupting and didn't get the full order. Missed a drink and the sauce on the chicken quesadilla is abysmal. The drive thru took way too long for fast food.

20 minute wait for a chili cheese burrito and a way way WAY over-done cantina taco. This is such a beautiful location, why can the staff in the kitchen not be better?
On October 4, 2025, at 8:30 PM, while in the passenger seat, I politely pointed out to the employee that my drink was missing from the order. When I raised my voice slightly to ensure she could hear me, she responded by yelling and displaying a rude attitude. This was a disappointing experience due to the poor customer service.

Each time we have gotten tacos here some were cracked shells, some crushed shells, very little meat, sour cream, tomatoes, etc... Some even only had some of the fillings, not all. Missing tomatoes, sour cream, whatever. Confusion with the "lady" on the drive through order thing. AI or whatever. She sucks. Tonight she translated my wife saying "thank you, AI lady" to leave off all the veggies on her salad. She got that straightened out at the window, but when she got home, after even talking to the person at the window about the salad, they forgot to put her salad in the bag. 🤣😂 No supper for Mommy, just a non existent nine dollar salad. Oh, and the AI lady has no clue what hot sauces they are out of, and have had other sauces placed in the bag only to find out it wasn't what was ordered after getting home. Probably won't be back.

I just watched all of the employees banned together to help an older gentleman who threw his key away in the trash.... They quickly found it and he was super happy..... They definitely need a raise
