This Taco Bell is a running joke amongst friends, the "customer service" is non-existent, I've been treated better by a vending machine, at least the vending machine flashed a "Thank you" after taking my money.
This location is notorious for being extremely slow with rude employees who were obviously not raised with manners - not sure how they all found each other in one store, but here we are.
The girl at the window today, when we asked, with a 'please' for hot sauce, she sneered at us and slammed the 3 packets in my husband's hand - I'm guessing she's mad she's having to actually work today.
The one good thing about this place is it's like fast food roulette - you never know what you're getting. Some days we'll get one or two extra items, or one or two less, or even better a whole wrong order of $30 more food than you ordered.
Today we got 2 extra tacos - thanks!

This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at any fast-food restaurant, period. Taco Bell somehow managed to mess up my order and argue with me about it like it was my fault. I ordered a simple meal , a Crunchwrap Supreme combo and two tacos , and they managed to forget half of it. When I pointed out that my tacos and drink were missing, the employee rolled their eyes and told me to “just contact customer service” instead of fixing their mistake on the spot.
Excuse me? You mess up my order, I drive back to the store, and you refuse to hand me the food I already paid for? That’s beyond ridiculous. The manager came over only to double down and argue, insisting that the order “looked complete” on their end. Meanwhile, my receipt literally listed the missing items in plain sight.
The attitude, the lack of accountability, and the total absence of basic customer service is mind-blowing. I’ve never seen employees so unwilling to correct their own mistake, they acted like doing their job was an inconvenience and argue with me. I left without half my food, out my money, and with zero apology.
Taco Bell corporate seriously needs to retrain or replace whoever’s running this location. If you value your time, money, or sanity, stay far away from this place.
They focus more on the door dashers rather than costumers that are dining in to eat. I waited two hours last night for a hard shell and a soft shell while door dashers that were now just coming in are getting their orders promptly. Very unfair having to wait when each order that comes in should be handled accordingly to when you show up.
I showed up at around 6:30 pm and it was 8pm and I did not receive my order. Asked for a refund because I started getting a migraine.
We all waited so long that all of us started making friends in there lmao felt like it was a Breakfast Club moment.

Do not come here. They're either severely understaffed or just don't care about getting orders done. My family went through the drive thru thinking it wasn't that busy with only one car in front of us and not more than 5 people inside ordering. We waited for over an hour to get our food and we still have yet to receive it. If you own this location please rethink staff and training as this is the slowest most unorganized fast food restaurant I've gone through. The family in front of us had also waited over an hour and just received their food. Maybe letting AI take your order is not the best decision because that severely compromised their order. Hopefully the owner learns from this because the workers are trying their best and we're kind but it should not take this long.
We ordered at 7:17 and did not receive our food until 8:47. Also they did not have Baja blasts even though the AI rang it up.
Sucked BOTH nights I went. First night I went, it was AI talking … I wanted to use my code to “check in” & earn points so it switched me to someone in the store & whoever came to the speaker was RUDE ending up saying something along the lines of “well next time use AI & not “interrupt” his crew doing things” .. even though we were the only ones in line & DIDNT ask for someone but once I wanted to use to my code it INSISTED on switching us over. ” not only that they were out of “beef”!!
Second night I ask for “regular” tacos and they give me supreme even after she repeated “regular”!! I had to pick the toppings off of both tacos. I definitely won’t be back.
It’s as if the “crew” don’t care at all
