  Its literally lunch hour and they purposefully lock the doors and make it a drive through only they say "one moment please" to every customer and take their sweet time

  I drive 15 minutes to this location just for breakfast every Saturday. Always good staff on duty, food orders have always been accurate and never waited more than a few minutes, even with a couple cars in the drive-thru.

  absolutely terrible. i have NEVER gotten a correct order from this location. they are insanely slow, rude, and consistently incorrect. stupid AI at the drive through is horrible as well. if you have a staff full of people in the building just have them take the damn order. i could drive to the one by great lakes crossing, order, get my food (correctly) and be home sooner than i would receive a messed up order from this one. management doesn’t care about staff issues or incorrect orders.

  AI is horrible the actual lady was so rude that I’m Going somewhere else period so disrespectful and I gave her a chance to correct her attitude but no was rude! We just left at 9:01 pm get her fired with her attitude. Horrible service we will go to other taco bell
