  We could not make an order. "We are not taking any new orders. We are too busy. I've got 8 pages of orders waiting." Really? Chickfila it is, then.

  Tonight the night shift lady she was white and had brunette or ginger ish hair was completely rude in the drive thru. I said I didn’t have a code and then asked the person in my passenger seat what they wanted and right as I started talking she yelled what can I get you in a very rude tone. Then continued to be rude at the window. This place is absolutely ridiculous. I have been here multiple times and haven’t left a review and said screw it but this was my final straw

  Every time I go you mess up my whole order. I'm sick of going inside just because you can't do your job. I hope that you find people that actually do their jobs instead of slackers. Even the manager is upset. DO YOUR JOB AND IF YOU CAN'T, FIND A NEW ONE.

  Ordered a Classic Luxe Box on DoorDash. Burrito and taco were put in a bag without my side of chips and cheese. I tried to resolve the issue with DoorDash and they refuse to give me any credits/refund. Then I actually open my taco to find out it had lettuce on it despite me asking for no lettuce. Then I kid you not my burrito that I had asked for no beans on, not only had beans on it but they did not put the beef on it ?!?!?! How do you mess this up? Not to mention every time I’ve come to this location which is right next to my work, the food always takes forever, and workers are just generally rude and short no matter how nice you are to them. Go to the location on expressway where your food will actually be correct.
