At 6 pm I went to pick up my order through drive thru. 6 cars in line and a girl taking orders from the corner. Why? At 6 at night. So I had to go in where I was told I couldn't do that. Until 1 young lady says just push it to me I'll make it. Ordering online doesn't make it faster if I have to wait.

I walked in and wasn't greeted. I Do Understand that the Workers may be fatigued or Someone Brought in NEGATIVITY that caused the Disconnect! I TRULY AND WHOLE HEARTEDLY RESPECT/APPRECIATE THE PREP, COOKS, MAINTENANCE, AND DEFINITELY THE DRIVE-THRU/FRONTLINE WORKERS! I COME TO THE BELL đ FOR MY GUILTY PLEASURE đ! I Love the Different options and New Items. Everytime I get the urge for Taco Bell I see a Full Menu. From a SNACK MEAL all the way To FEAST MODE! When I RECEIVED my order(WITHOUT COMPLAINTS) I said THANK YOU, HAVE A NICE DAY WITH A SMILE ALWAYS! The atmosphere was ok.. I WILL NOT COMPLAIN! YOUR WORKER'S DESERVE THE UPMOST RESPECT AND A RISE IN THE SALARY!

So this taco bell does the chickfilla way of ordering, but it so so so very inconvenient its not infront of the menu i had to pull it up on my phone beucase the lady wouldnt let me pull up to see the menu beucase there was one car infront of me. normally it takes like MAYBE 5 mintues to order... it literally took 10 mintues just to order the order was put it wrong i dont blame the lady it seems she was new and neither of us new the menu well enough to order successfully from the tablet and when they repeat the order back its reallly confusing beucase most items sound very similar. i like tacobell but i will not be doing the drive thru with someone standing outside. very inconvenient.

Made a pick up order online, I pulled through the drive-through like any other place you would pick up an order, and was told rudely I had to come inside. Staff at this location has zero concern for anyone, especially someone picking up a to go order that has a physical disability that makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of vehicles, as well as carrying the order back to the vehicle.
I just visited this store they got my order wrong I drove home 15 minutes from the store and they replaced my food but not the drink. Kinda wild since it was a frozen beverage by the time I wouldâve got there for them to fix my order my drink wouldâve been melted anyways. Horrible customer service.
