  Fui para pedir, nunca nunca había pasado por este locación. Fui por la ventanilla de la derecha que está supuestamente para recoger órdenes por teléfono. Yo no sabía. Estaba bien apurada y no había más nadie. Esperando la muchacha muy amablemente. Me dijo que tenía que dar la vuelta ir por la otra ventanilla de la izquierda. La razón por la que estoy dando un mal Review, es porque no hace diferencia un lado o otro para tomar una orden cuando no hay más nadie esperando se llama sentido común y yo soy el cliente, ya sé que a esta loca ocasión no voy más

  Este tacobell se merece más de 5 estrellas , vengo casi todos los días y la comida es espectacular siempre fresca y el servicio mucho mejor , el señor Steve creo q se llama es super amable y servicial al igual q todos los q trabajan con el . Grasias por la atención.

  I’ve only come a few times but the food is consistently good and fresh. I needed to head home after work but ordered in the lobby during the night rush — my order was kindly expedited when I requested a refund (again my fault, not theirs!) and was ready in a few minutes. Staff were very respectful, but honest about wait times. The drive-thru line and lobby were very full! I was also given a couple free taco coupons, which I didn’t realize until I got home! Totally unecessary, but I’m extremely appreciative. That leads me to myy only real complaint: the night staff is clearly not supported enough! They need WAY more people to accomadate a drive-thru on one of the busiest roads in town, especially over the weekend! I work a similar job, so I completely understand the stress of being on an understaffed BUSY shift. Customers/delivery drivers get heated as a result, the staff gets yelled at, and then everyone’s miserable …. Better care of staff = better service for customers!

  My experience was amazing the manager Steve made my experience 100X better hes like super handsome and just his looks alone just made everything taste better 😋 and those muscles make me wanna "LIVE MAS" 🔔🌮 you have a permanent costumer as long as hes working there. See you soon
