  ZERO STARS. Waited 35 minutes in a drive thru. Waited 20 minutes, walked in, witnessed nobody doing anything for work, went the bathroom, came out and acknowledged everyone doing nothing again, to get back in line in the exact same spot as I left the car in for us to ask what took so long at the window for them to not acknowledge me in any way shape or form and hand the food to me with zero words. Worst Taco Bell I’ve even been to. Will NEVER go back.

  The crew ignores customers at the counter, no one comes up they just keep up their personal conversations, not so much as a "we'll be with you soon". Honestly not sure why I tried again it's the same every time.

  Terrible service they owner leaves the place short staffed so the food takes forever to get i waisted my entire lunch break and never got my food . So I guess I will just go without lunch today thanks taco bell I'll find a different place to eat going forward

  We waited a long with several other people over an hour for our food tonight. When we finally got to the window 30 min after telling them we had a mobile order they said someone gave our food away to someone else and that they would remake it right away so we went inside to wait and there were more people waiting for their food too. A girl came out and said it would be only 10 more minutes and that 4 people called out. 30 min later we checked and they didn't actually have the order anymore and had to look for it. It was finally made and we went home and the order was wrong. That being said, we all have bad nights and these guys were having a horrible night. Very impatient people and angry people they had to deal with. TACO BELL needs to work on hiring at this location. They need more staff quick. They were completely overwhelmed tonight and I wouldn't be surprised if someone was crying in the break room.

  I wish I could give it negative five stars , because every time I come in here to pick up in order , I have to wait guaranteed every time, ridiculous amount of ti am. . The staff tells me it's because they won't hire more help. So this brand new place is run like a circus. Pathetic
