  Today was my initial meeting with my plumber John Sacchetti. He was prompt in his arrival and very informative throughout the entire process. Everything that was explained to me was easily understood. Moving forward I would really like to work with Mr. Sacchetti on upcoming and all future projects.

  Bought my first home and it was a nightmare trying to get a plumber to come check out the low pressure in my kitchen sink. Over the course of 3 days i finally found these guys and they were the only company that had an actual plumber contact me with an ETA. Long story short the faucet was deffective so John showed me the types i can buy or that they would bring the next time, and the very next day they returned to replace it. John and Carlos were swift, proficent and some cool dudes in general. Highly recommend T.E Spall and Son 👍🏼

  The two gentlemen who came in to help my situation were very very kind and very knowledgeable, fixed the commode in matter of minutes and saved me a lot of money by replacing a small piece and we’re very complete in their service keeping everything in order when they left. The rest of the day I spent telling my friends how wonderful they were and what a great job they did and today I have to send their phone number and name so they can call him when they need a plumber. I am spreading the word how respectful and what a good job they did!!!!!!🎶🥰👍

  We have a boiler that is nearly 30 years old. When it started misbehaving we called Spall and braced ourselves for the "it needs to be replaced" speech, We were beyond relieved when Jordan said it could be repaired. He worked for more than an hour getting it up and running. Every technician you send out...plumbing, HVAC, and now heating has been professional, courteous, thoroughly knowledgeable, and just really nice. We do know this furnace is going to need replacing at some point and we will be coming back to you for that. For now we're grateful that Jordan did such a good job on it. Thank you!

  We recently worked with Rob Slovik from TE Spall & Sons, and we had a really positive experience. Rob was knowledgeable, easy to work with, and made the whole process much smoother for us. What stood out: Rob really knows the products and took the time to explain our options in a way that made sense. He was quick to get back to us whenever we had questions and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Instead of pushing the most expensive option, Rob listened to what we needed and helped us find the right fit for our situation and budget. He followed through on what he promised and kept things moving along without surprises. Overall: Rob was professional, reliable, and made us feel like he had our best interests in mind. We’d definitely recommend working with him if you’re looking at TE Spall.
