There was a serious flooding problem and the excavator we rented was perfect for the job! He came out to our business, took some measurements to ensure the equipment would fit in the tight space we needed to use it and gave great advice on how to get the job done. Best part was he had the machine delivered the same week which was essential with the upcoming rain on the forecast. Hank the delivery driver was kind, professional and enjoyed walking the area where the work was done and also gave advice on how to proceed with our project. Once the work was done, Hank came back to pick up the mini excavator and again walked the work area to see what the outcome was. Great company, great guys and great equipment! We will definitely call Synergy in the future for any equipment rentals!
