  This storage unit served its purpose for a period, initially priced at $75 per month, but has since increased to $130. The rental hikes lack a clear rationale, other than the stated alignment with other units. Furthermore, the facility’s maintenance is inadequate. A broken door exists, and restaurant employees are permitted to park and enter and exit the fence, compromising security. On occasion, the gate remains open, further exacerbating this issue. Despite repeated inquiries, no satisfactory responses have been received. Currently on the hunt for a new unit

  Paid my balance and their locks were not removed after notifying them I'd be driving from Texas to retrieve my items. I had to extend my U-Haul and get a hotel costing me an extra $250. There is no emergency or after hours number. Waited ten minutes past 9 am for the manager to arrive late. Had attitude because I was waiting there for them to open their business at 9:10 when business hours says 9 am. No customer service skills or greeting when entering and no apology for the wait. Tried emailing three - four times about the situation and never heard back No garbages to throw away waste I would not recommend this business They also have my ex fiancé access to my storage units and personal items a year ago. My advice is to take your business elsewhere

  Great place have two lockers here, haven't had no problems. Stuff has been friendly easy to deal with. Place is extremely clean, prices are good wont go anywhere else.
