  I visited Swiss Watch Gallery and Fine Jewelry and was pleasantly greeted by Christie. She was patient, knowledgeable and able to address all of the questions/concerns I had during my search for a quality watch. My experience purchasing here was excellent. They also have a great selection of quality jewelry making them my first stop when I want to find something special for the Mrs.

  My wife and I were at the Brea mall doing some shopping on our wedding anniversary (33rd). While walking by we saw the Swiss Watch Gallery, decided to walk in and check out some watches. George came out to greet us and help. Absolutely informative and patient. We tried on a number of watches from various makers and never once did we feel pushed or rushed in any way. Thank you George, this means a lot to us. After some serious consideration I decided on an Omega Seamaster Professional. George quickly sized the watch for me, and one of his colleagues offered to clean my wife’s rings while we were there. And they turned out much shinier than we expected. Thank you SWG team for all the attention and awesome customer service. If you ever need a watch or would like to learn more about watches, you definitely need to ask for George. The knowledge he shared with me was incredibly valuable. We will definitely be returning customers.

  I had purchased a Black Bay GMT a few years ago from the Swiss Watch Gallery and loved it. However, I have small wrists and always felt it was just too big for me. I stopped by the store and talked to George about my feelings and he suggested the new Black Bay 58 “Coke.” I tried it on, and was instantly sold. The sizing was perfect, the colors amazing, and the new T-Fit clasp was an upgrade I didn’t know I needed until I tried it. I wanted to buy it on the spot, but it was sold. I told them I wanted one ASAP, and they took my info and made a note. I “got the call” (text message) from Raquel a few days later saying they had one coming in soon. I confirmed I still wanted it, and within a week from the I was notified the watch was in. I went over right away and got my new, beautiful watch. I couldn’t be happier! Great watch, great service, great store.

  I had a great shopping experience with Swiss Watch Gallert and Fine Jewelry! Mike and Natasha has been very helpful and knowledgeable with my watch, they spent time explaining the story behind the watch I bought which is a Skydweller, 2 tone. He showed me how to adjust and work with the watch! They’ve been very helpful and I greatly appreciate their service!
