  Wonderful purchase experience with Jordan. Super friendly and she helped us keep our kids entertained while we shopped for our tub. After delivery, we unfortunately had multiple warranty repairs that were required, and their service department was great. Good communication and they were quick to get the repairs done. Thanks so much!

  We had a fantastic experience buying a hot tub from Jordan. We had trouble finding the exact model we wanted other places. She not only had exactly what we wanted, but got it to us in no time! She was professional as well as personable making the purchasing process very enjoyable! She had continued to follow up with us even after the sale.
