- BBBrian BechtelJan 23, 20245.0Dry van drivers use Grand Central Ave exit, follow Grand Central Ave to right on Lenox Ave. Back into first dock on your left (the roomier one). I had an 0800 appointment. Slept backed into door. Set alarm for 0700. When I woke up everyone was at work and I was already empty. I wasn’t idling and I never heard a thing. Very quiet place. I would maybe not park there overnight in the summer if I planned to idle. House right across the street. Be prepared to clean up the nails left over from them knocking out the blocking. Vitro full sends them through your floor and it will leave nail holes. The ones they left you won’t get out with just a claw hammer. I sawzalled them off flush and sent them with a mini sledge so it wouldn’t leave more holes.

No interest in the customer's needs or in getting their product to you on time.They make you feel like they are doing you a favor selling you their product. Don't bother reaching out to owners, they will never return your calls ore-mails. Never experienced service like this before.
