Very helpful and friendly and went above and beyond to help me all the way through the process of getting the bonds so I could get a title for my mobile home. And when there was an issue after I paid for the bonds, where I couldn't get a title, she refunded every penny of my nearly $600. I will recommend Mrs. Becky to everyone that needs help with bonds.
