  Buying experience over the top I found my car online from sutherland chevrolet. It was 3 hours from my home Alex and Don put everything together over the phone. When I got to the agency the next day. It was the smoothest. Auto buying experience I've ever had. They had everything ready to go. They even gave me more for my trade. And by the time I went over the paperwork my payment was less than I was told. Now my whole family will be doing business with sutherland. Thank you Don and Alex and the rest of the staff at sutherland. For your honesty and the great family atmosphere. It is truly refreshing to find a company with these kind of values

  Yesterday I bought my 21st vehicle. Out of all my purchases this has been the smoothest I’ve experienced. Matt, Alex and Gerry were tremendous to work with. I purchased from out of state and when I got to the dealership they had all the paperwork printed and literally ready to go. We were in and out in 45 minutes including our test drive and trade appraisal!! My vehicle was as presented and they even took videos before I got there. I’ve had plenty of dealers claim an “in and out experience” but this is the ONLY one I’ve experienced.

  DO NOT GIVE THIS PEOPLE YYOUR INFORMATION ONLINE Matt MOORE has sent repeated emails and high pressure i repeatedly contacted the dealership to be removed and continue to get emails almost daily i would never buy from someone who can not do simple things like follow request they do not respect your wishes why i bought from Tim Short and would never buy from sutherland because of Matt Moore

  After talking with Matt, the Internet Manager, and working with salesman, Jared, this was a very disappointed and heartfelt letdown traveling over 3 hours to see a very dinged/scratched vehicle after being sent video AND stating this car looked great! Somebody needs their vision corrected!!

  When we are ready to buy our next car, they have our business! We went in ready to trade our 2023 Toyota RAV4 in for an older vehicle with more miles to allow us to have little-to-no car payment. Don & Scott refused to let us leave there in a car that they didn’t feel we could fully trust to be exactly what we needed to be. After much deliberation, we all agreed that it would be best for us to refinance our car for a low interest rate and low monthly payment rather than trade in. They didn’t pressure us to buy one of their cars and they helped us make the right decision for our situation! We are so grateful for Sutherland Chevrolet.
