- MAMichael AtheySep 30, 20255.0I bought a new home in Plantation at Leesburg and had Suter out to check a 2yr old unit not installed by them. They attempted to make it do the job, but we discovered it was a 3 ton unit where the house, with vaulted ceilings actually required a 3.5 ton to work efficiently. It didn't take but a week or so and Suter had me a new 3.5 ton unit installed & cooling the way a unit is supposed to work.

It was an older unit and when it came time to replace it, we selected Suter. They were on time. They removed the old unit and installed a replacement. They had to overcome some problems with the new unit and the guy managing the installation told me that he wasn’t happy with it. 5 days later, although it was running fine, they came back and replaced it with another new unit straight out of the box. A week later, they came to install the custom cover between the unit and the house. 2 weeks later, they returned to inspect the unit to make sure it was operating to their liking. We feel like we have been treated above and beyond by Suter. They even offered to come on the weekend and bring us a portable ac if our old one failed before the new one could be installed. Now, that’s service!

We decided it needed to be replaced finally, and of course we called upon Suter. It was installed in a day, cleanly and neatly. They stayed in my budget too. I'm extremely happy!
