I have eaten here several times and the food is decent for Colorado but the service is very poor. I prefer the sushi from other places in town, but this is a convenient option which is walkable downtown.
Eating in, the service was not terribly good, but okay. I would have expected better service in the restaurant since it was the dinner hour and we were the only customers in the restaurant. We had to get the attention of the waitress to order, to get refills on water, to pay, etc. It seems to be primarily a takeout place, but unfortunately trying to order online using mobile is a nightmare.
I tried to order online tonight, put in their 20%OFF coupon code and ensured that I met the criteria (>$20 order, ordering online) and it said that I cannot use the coupon, with no reason, and had no option to remove the coupon. I tried emptying the cart and trying it all again but the coupon was still attached and it still wouldn't let me place the order. Finally I called the restaurant and asked for help with ordering from their website, or if they couldn't, to place the order over the phone.
The lady I spoke to was SO rude. She told me that the coupon wasn't valid (it is still on their website) then she told me that she couldn't honor their coupon on the phone. Then she asked if I could place it on the website... 15 minutes of trying and it was the same error. So I asked to place an order without the coupon and she said that she couldn't, that I had to order online "but you only have 2 minutes left." I told her it was still not working and the error I was getting and she said "I KNOW it works because other people ordered." Okay, well, I guess they don't need my business.
Needless to say, the website still didn't work, I was not able to order, and I will not be back. Yet they are still publishing the non-working coupon. It is understandable that a small business has website issues, but it is totally unnecessary to be so rude to customers when you cannot even take an order over the phone.
