Just ordered a miso soup to go this time and they told me it would take just a few minutes and I live close so I went over and thought it would be ready by the time I got there. I paid and they had still not started making the miso soup yet. It proceeded to take 20, almost 30 minutes for them to get me the soup. This is not an isolated incident as it happens almost every time me and my family order take out from there. They never give an accurate wait time which I understand it’s not down to a science because I worked at a sushi place myself but they are not even in the ballpark of when the order should be ready every time they give an estimate. Love the food here but hate the inaccuracy of wait times for take out.
