Very nice omakase! The photo gallery on the way in was a nice touch. The fish was fresh, the service was 10/10. Perfect place to celebrate a special occasion or have a nice date night. Will be coming back again

It was a great omakase experience! Since it was my first time, I don’t have much to compare it to, but the food was excellent. The staff was very friendly, though at first it felt a bit pushy and over-managed with the seating and hosting process. The atmosphere was outstanding ! comfortable, stylish, and with the perfect disco music vibe. Even the customers were friendly! I’m definitely coming back for another 17-course experience.

Visited this location for the first time last week and wow, the space is beautiful! We loved the vibe and from the minute we arrived the team was so welcoming, the male host and the bartender Nico were so friendly, making sure we had what we needed, checking in on us frequently and were so fun to talk to. Our chef Andrew also was very accommodating and we enjoyed our 17 course curated by him! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back! Thanks to the team for their hospitality and Nico makes a great honeybee!

This was the absolute worst experience I’ve had at a restaurant for as long as I can remember. I dine out regularly for my job - 3-4 times a week - and all over the Northeast at all types of places. I have never experienced anything like this. First, there is no parking in the area so you need to arrive very early so you can search for parking nearby for 10-15 minutes. Second, they only allocate 1 hour for the omakase, even if you want the higher amount (17) of courses. I arrived 10 minutes late because I couldn’t find parking anywhere and had to walk quite a distance. Unfortunately the person I was meeting was running late as well and also couldn’t find parking. Our reservation was at 6:00 pm since you can only reserve on the hour and 6:30 pm wasn’t an option. The hostess was incredibly rude and said I would need to begin having the omakase without my friend to keep the reservation time. I said I would wait for my friend and they would be here any second (6:15 pm.). They said we would have to rush and finish/leave by 7:00 pm. There was NO ONE in the restaurant - not a single person. So I asked how many people had reservations for 7 pm and they said 4 people. They wanted to kick us out because 4 people had a reservation at 7 pm and the chef couldn’t accommodate finishing our omakase and theirs. So they offered for us to sit and wait until 7 pm instead and we can start then but that was all they would be able to offer. They were so arrogant and rigid so I just said “well unfortunately we would like to enjoy ourselves and catch up without being rushed out in 45 minutes so we will find another spot, thanks anyway,” and I left. Well they decided to charge my card (that they requested to hold the reservation $100.) I was NOT overly late (within the 15-minute window they provided) and I did NOT no show. I will dispute this charge and I would highly recommend avoiding this rude, pretentious restaurant. Umami’s omakase is fantastic and they’re so pleasant and customer-friendly there. So is Sushi Mike’s and a million other spots in Westchester. This is not worth the poor customer treatment.
