  It was great working with Natasha, Rita, Fredda and Joseph. They were all very accessible and fully engaged with our case. Our case did go to a impartial hearing and eventually won reimbursement. Most importantly, they all truly cared about our child's wellbeing and success, which ultimately is what really matters.
