  I called Surveillance Plus with a question about what device I needed to purchase from them to find a bug in my home. Bobby didn't try to sell me anything! He taught me what I needed to look for and spent 10 minutes with me on the phone educating me for free. He connected me with other professionals that could assist me with my needs. Thank you so much Bobby for caring about my situation and not just a sale.

  I originally had my system installed 8 years ago and have gradually upgraded aspects throughout the years. Recently I had a unique camera request and the entire was more than welcoming and went well above to help me. Jason, Cathie, Bobby, and TJ all stepped in and helped out. Each and everytime I’ve needed something one or more of the above mentioned have not hesitated to assist. The knowledge this team has is very impressive. IMO, post install support is extremely important and they do their very best to honor those post install questions and needs, even if it’s 8 years later.

  Bobby is an absolute genius! This is the second time using their services and they always surpass my expectations! Will be using them very soon to replace some old cameras. Bobby is always looking out for his customers and tries to save them money without compromising on security.

  We had a couple of issues with our surveillance system. TJ came in an fixed everything ,he is very knowledgeable, he was super nice and helpful. Great customer service
