  Needs a better sunglasses selection and new music. The same song was playing the entire time we were in the store. Good clothing selections. Free hermit crabs with the purchase of a cage but they were out when we went.

  Way overpriced, deceptive advertising, rude nasty employees, and NO RETURNS AT ALL. Found better prices and much friendlier staff at Alvin's and Ron Jon's.

  I visited this store about a week ago while vacationing in the area with my family, and unfortunately, my interaction with the manager left a very negative impression. As a tourist, I expected the same standard of hospitality and customer service as any other shopper, but instead, I felt unwelcome and singled out. I had a question about an advertised promotion that seemed unclear—not only to me, but also to the associate assisting me, who may have been new. The associate called for a manager (whose name I believe was either Crystal or Christy) to clarify the details. While the manager did explain the promotion more than once to ensure I understood, her tone from the very beginning came across as dismissive and unnecessarily harsh. The interaction left me with the impression that I was being judged, which is disappointing and inappropriate in a retail setting. Tourists and travelers bring valuable business to local shops, but experiences like this discourage customers from wanting to return or recommend the store. I hope leadership will take this feedback seriously, as consistent professionalism and respect should be extended to every customer.

  Me and my friend came in to get souvenirs, the workers were very rude. No greeting when we talked in. Just stared at us the whole time with straight faces. We went in at 9:20 and they close at 10:00, there were plenty other people in the store, a girl approached us and said “we close in 30 minutes just letting yall know” we were like okay thanks. Then another worker yelled it that they close in 30 minutes, like we already knew lol… the workers were all just standing around and we felt like they were talking about us. Really off-putting. Won’t be returning. Edit: the thin Reeces I bought a pack of expired May 2025. Gross. Never go here tbh

  Super cute and really soft clothes. Different, fun and very touristy. Pricey like every where else.
