  I wanted to give a strong recommendation to Surety. Specifically, the ordering process and pricing has been clear and very competitive (often lower) than other companies. Also, the service and response time has been very impressive. I have had many many questions before and after set up. I have consistently received knowledge, friendly, and helpful responses to increase my knowledge/clarity as well as resolve issues. Generally, I have received responses on average within 2 hours, which I think is excellent. Other than this, Surety's web page/portal for customers is easy enough to navigate and find what I am looking for.

  I have been a customer for 7+ years and through that time I have had changes in residences and upgrades to systems. Surety ALWAYS has the answers to my questions and I am up and running in no time. I couldn't recommend them more. (I was not paid or compensated in any way for this review.) I know it is hard sometimes to trust on-line companies and reviews. All I can say is Surety has protected my homes for seven years and has been there for all my needs.

  I love my system. I’ve had it for years. They not only offer more features than ADT did for me (garage open sensor, remote thermostat from my phone, etc), but their emergency response calls are much faster after an alarm goes off which would be super important if it’s an actual emergency!!

  I can’t say enough good things about suretyCAM security and automation!!! Everyone with the company took good care of me. The installation was quick and professional. I thought getting everything I wanted would take much longer than it did. And better yet, the system is significantly more effective than previous alarm systems I’ve had. In my last home, I used ADT and the difference in response is huge. I thought all alarm systems had a delay in the time to respond to the alarm being activated, but when I have false alarms (due to my own boo-boos) with my suretyCAM security system the phone is ringing right away. And it’s not just the alarm that makes me feel safer, but the fact that they had solutions for all of my concerns. I was worried about really doing all I could to stop a break in, in addition to deterring one and having authorities alerted to one. They explained all of the options for my very specific safety concerns. Once I heard their recommendations and my options, I decided to get window security film to reinforce any window someone might try to break to get in, to have my entry doors reinforced (this makes me feel much more secure!), and to add cameras to keep an eye on certain parts of my property. Time will tell if the alarm was enough to dissuade potential intruders, or whether the reinforcements ever stop a break in, but I’ve already “used” the security window film so to speak. While the lawn was being mowed a sizable rock flew out and hit my glass door- hard. Someone was standing in front of the door when it happened, and I have no doubt they would have been seriously cut up if the reinforcing film hadn’t kept the broken glass from spraying all over my home (and more specifically, my guest). Also, I’ve been alerted to people on my property; people who shouldn’t be on my property but who didn't do anything to activate my alarm, thanks to those cameras. In short, I HIGHLY recommend suretyCAM security and automation and I love the service they have provided protecting both my home and business! When they say they aim to give,"Peace of mind living", its no joke.
