  Easy registration. The staff are courteous and helpful. Room was just what we needed. Spacious area. We like the kitchenette with 2 stove burners. Nice apartment size fridge. 2 large screen tvs with cable. Located close to stores and restaurants. The view of the ocean makes it great to wake up to. We have stayed in the past. Recommend SureStay beachfront when in the Va Beach area.

  ROOM WAS CLEAN, BUT STRONG SMELL OF BUG KILLER. YOU CAN NOT OPEN SLIDING DOORS AND SMELL OCEAN AIR BECAUSE PEOPLE ARE SMOKINGN ON EVERY OTHER BALCONY. GREAT LOCATION

  I booked a private suite via Booking.com (Ref #6469331071) for July 31, 2025. On arrival, the property was misrepresented: reception hidden in a garage, poor signage, narrow dirty hallways, slow elevator, noisy and hot. The bedroom was extremely small, and the bathroom too tiny to safely bathe a child. The “living room” was just an old, dirty sofa in a tiled space. I contacted the front desk and Booking.com, canceled the reservation the same day, and received no refund despite the misrepresentation. Avoid if traveling with children. 1★.

  Called because we had to change our dates for our reservation and I spoke with a lady named Kendra that was very helpful and positive. After helping us she let us know if there was anything else we needed to let her know . After all we are extremely grateful. Thank you Kendra
