  First let me say this things happen so me and my family had to rent a hotel for a while and we picked this one in Victoria tx Sure Stay big mistake, we were paying a pretty penny for this one bed hotel room so the first week I found a dead fish skin and roaches dead under where the TV goes I went to to tell them they did not offer another room or a discount he cleaned it with a broom and what I had there used my peroxide and that was it I told him under the bed was awful and so they just sweep them couple days later I found a lizard stuck in the bed rails cause there is a spot were they can go but it was stuck so he gets help turns the bed over I'm trying to explain that he needs to look the other way he wouldn't he was laughing like I was dumb I took a picture of it so it stayed in there and it died cause no way out , then it was a problem us asking for toilet paper and bags to clean the room which I prefer to do myself and then I clean the room floor with my towels that I brought from my stuff and this old man and lady that clean told them thinking it was there's was not , it was like everything bothered them they would make faces every time we asked for stuff so I started buying my own , we were not loud and I asked for 2 beds and never got a answer and let me tell you clean your own room if you stay they are not very clean I had hair on the sink I guess whoever had the room before me and soap was left in the shower whoever had the room before me , let me tell you it's all there family there you will not be comfortable they watch your every move as if your a bad person we hardly ever asked for anything so this is my last time given my money to them and breakfast is just cereal and banana apple it sucks , I do not recommend if you have children like I did or if you are a very clean person nope that place is going down the ac wasn't working well either
