  DO NOT STAY HERE! Room #412 is horrible. The hotel room is outdated, has a mold smell, and is reeked with a weed smell. The OWNER needs to update and do major repairs to the room. The couch in the room should be near their garbage or set on fire! Best Western should be ashamed to have this hotel as one of their own! The location is creepy; random people are walking outside, and it's off in a secluded area. If you are a female, do not stay here by yourself.

  I made a reservation for this place and didn’t look at reviews until yesterday. Thankfully was able to cancel! I canceled due to the reviews. Sorry but not sorry but owners and management need to look into the management of infections and cleanliness of this place! Peoples lives are at risk and everything to dirty sheets and roaches and improper training of cleaning poses a threat to humans lives. Just imagine if staff can see the minor clear eye view things and management not dealing with pest control then why should I trust anything else with this place for stay. Anyways thank you!

  Friendly staff, nice location, clean and large rooms. I travel often to Pensacola for work, and this is my home away from home.

  Hotel doesn't look like the photos, room was large but not clean. Hair in bathroom, shower walls had stains, dirty washcloth left on floor. Plus housekeeper barged in our room. Did not knock nor apologize. Breakfast was horrible, at 7:30 am, only option was waffles, yogurt machine was broken, only two hard pieces of bread, everything else was empty. I am a Best Western fan but SureStay is definitely not a place I would stay again. No one asked me how my stay was at check out nor did they thank me for coming. But they did call me at 11:30 ( check-out is at noon) to see if I was staying. Only good thing was the lady at check in was very nice and helpful especially for being by herself.
